Ryan is a co-founder of Red Summit Partners, LLC, and manages acquisitions, financing, asset management, and dispositions.
Prior to Red Summit, Ryan served as Regional Director for The Bascom Group in Texas, where he worked with institutional debt and equity partners to acquire and reposition over 9,000 units with a total capitalization of $500 million in the state of Texas. Previously, he was the Director of Acquisitions at Sares Regis Group, where he pursued and acquired multifamily assets in Southern California, Colorado, and Arizona. Before that, Ryan served as Acquisitions Manager for Starpoint Properties, where he acquired retail properties nationwide. Ryan has acquired over 10,000 apartment units and over 500,000 square feet of retail property in his career.
Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Southern California and a Masters in Business Administration from Thunderbird. He is also a CCIM designee. He has served as speaker and panel member for numerous regional and national conferences, including Realshare, Urban Land Institute, Multifamily Executive, and MPF Yieldstar.
JR is a co-founder of Red Summit Partners, LLC, and manages acquisitions, due diligence, and construction management for portfolio assets.
He was a founding member of United Renovations, an industry leader, and one of the largest multifamily renovation companies in the US. United Renovations oversaw the strategic planning and renovation of over 500,000 thousand units in almost 20 years. JR served as its President until it was sold to a large Silicon Valley technology company in 2017.
JR also founded CapGro Construction Management, a strategic partner for institutional-level real estate companies that oversaw the repositioning of over 100,000 multifamily units. While overseeing United Renovation and CapGro, JR founded and served as Editor in Chief of Renovator Magazine, a Multifamily industry-leading publication and an APEX International Award winner.
Prior to founding Red Summit, JR was a founder of Hive Properties, a Dallas-based real estate entity focused on changing and impacting lives by providing safe, clean, affordable workforce housing.
JR sits on the board of several local and national non-profits and has active consulting roles in other service businesses.
Ted is a Managing Principal at Red Summit Partners, LLC and oversees asset management and construction management.
Ted has over 3 decades of real estate experience and has been involved in over $5.0 billion of acquisition and disposition transactions. Ted has extensive experience in real estate management, including multifamily asset management, property management, acquisitions, disposition, renovations, and repositioning.
Prior to Red Summit, Ted was with Cushman (FKA Pinnacle) for 13 years and served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Asset Management. Prior to Pinnacle, he was a principal with Warner Alan Properties, Vice President of Operations for Fath Properties, and Divisional Operations Manager for Krupp Realty Company (now Berkshire Group). Ted has overseen the execution of conventional, affordable, and student housing.
Ted graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
KC is a Managing Principal at Red Summit Partners, LLC and advises the team on acquisitions, financing, and asset management.
Prior to joining Red Summit Partners in 2021, KC co-founded Moxiebridge and Knightvest Capital. Founded in 2018, Moxiebridge specializes in repositioning industrial assets in Texas. Moxiebridge has completed north of $400 million in transactions. Prior to Moxiebridge, Kronbach was co-founder and Managing Partner for Knightvest Capital headquartered in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 2007, Kronbach helped grow Knightvest Capital into one of the largest multifamily owners in the southwest. Kronbach acquired over $3 billion in real estate investments throughout almost 100 properties totaling approximately 30,000 housing units. Under KC’s stewardship, Knightvest Capital achieved a 9-year net investor IRR north of 30%, making it one of the top investment firms in the southwest.
In addition to founding Moxiebridge and Knightvest, Kronbach is Managing Principal for a private family investment office named Bridge Hollow Investments. Additionally, KC is an active member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) and Munger Place Church.
In 1998, KC graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He completed his graduate degree in Organizational Leadership and Ethics from St. Edward’s University in 2003.
